To address the efficient and intensive storage needs of various sizes of traditional Chinese medicine slices, Deli provided a comprehensive solution of a "stacker crane AS/RS + tote four-way shuttle AS/RS."
· Warehouse Overview
The warehouse is 15m high, the main equipment includes 2 sets of stacker cranes, 12 sets of tote four-way shuttle robots, 1 tote shuttle Lifter, 4 high-speed tote lifters, conveyor systems, WMS, etc. The total number of storage spaces is 23,520, with a warehouse space utilization rate of 95%. The "goods-to-person" picking system allows 12 sets of shuttle robots to operate simultaneously, with an error rate as low as 0.001%.
· Project Highlights
The combined efficiency of inbound and outbound operations reaches 450 bins per hour, representing an 80% increase compared to traditional manual storage system. This effectively meets the requirements for intensive storage, efficient turnover, and comprehensive life cycle traceability management of traditional Chinese medicine slices.

· Solution Overview
In a large-scale emergency medical material security base in China, the "unit-load crane AS/RS" operates efficiently, which is a customized solution provided by DELI to solve the customer's large-scale, multi-category material turnover and storage.
· Warehouse Overview
The AS/RS is 19.2m high, and the main equipment includes 18 sets of unit-load cranes, 8 sets of RGVs, 2 sets of AGVs, conveyor systems and and WMS, etc. The total number of storage spaces reaches 28,792. With separate flows for personnel and goods in the warehouse area, cross-contamination is effectively avoided.
· Project Highlights
It meets the requirements for "first-in-first-out" operations of medical supplies, the efficiency of inbound and outbound capacity is more than 700 pallets/hour. This solution reduces the labor intensity of manpower, improves the operational efficiency, and meets the requirements of storing a huge amount of finished products of multiple categories.
