The client company is a professional manufacturer engaged in the R&D, production and sales of high-performance polarizers and optical film materials for LCD displays. It mainly provides downstream automotive displays, LCD modules for industrial control instruments, 3D glasses, and anti-fog terminal manufacturers. Polarizer and anti-fog film products, with an annual output of polarizers of 1 million square meters, are the first domestic enterprise to master the core mass production technology of  medium-grey and high-durability dye-based polarizers. As customer companies strive to accelerate the construction of production expansion projects, they continue to increase investment in research and development. At this critical juncture, it has become imperative to introduce smart warehousing and logistics systems and build an efficient and intelligent industrial chain. Therefore, the customer company chose to join hands with Deli to jointly build a turnkey project of smart warehousing and  logistics system.

In response to customer needs and actual on-site conditions, Deli provides a customized integrated solution of "stacker + shuttle robot three-dimensional warehouse". The core software and hardware include "pallet stacker + pallet two-way shuttle robot + pallet four-way Shuttle robot + conveyor system + warehouse management system + AGV + high-precision three-dimensional shelves" etc. The three-dimensional warehouse is about 19 meters high, with an 8-story design and 2 lanes. It can store two specifications of finished materials and has a total of 5,244 effective cargo spaces. In addition, the dust-free workshop is equipped with a gluing and aging room and a stretching and aging room. There are more than hundreds of sunlight board storage spaces and roller truck cargo spaces planned to meet the zoning storage of raw materials and semi-finished materials.
