Deli provided an integrated solution of "pallet four-way shuttle AS/RS" for a smart factory covering an area of over 10,000 square meters in the lithium-ion battery cathode material industry. The core equipment includes 30 sets of pallet four-way shuttle robots, 7 sets of pallet lifters, conveyor systems, and WMS,etc.
· Warehouse Overview
The AS/RS has a height of 19.3m, the pallet layer-changing lifter reaches a height of 21.08 meters, the racks are designed with 10 layers , offering a total of 37,904 storage spaces. Each pallet unit can carry up to 1000kg, achieving an inbound and outbound efficiency of 265 pallets per hour.

This solution realizes unmanned intelligent storage and conveying of materials, enhancing turnover efficiency. The WMS seamlessly integrates with various management systems, enabling resource sharing and achieving comprehensive traceability and refined management of material information throughout the entire supply chain.

To address the intensive storage and intelligent picking requirements of lithium iron phosphate samples, Deli customized a solution of "tote four-way shuttle AS/RS."

The core equipment includes 5 sets of tote four-way shuttle robots, 2 sets of tote lifters, conveyor systems, and WMS, etc.
· Project Highlights
The warehouse occupies an area of over 10,000 square meters, with an AS/RS height of 7.345 meters and designed with 15 layers, offering over 20,000 storage spaces. Compared to traditional manual storage, the warehouse capacity is increased by 3 to 5 times, achieved high-capacity storage of materials and digitized management. The inbound and outbound efficiency of the tote four-way shuttle robots reaches 100 bins per hour. Through flexible "goods-to-person" picking operations, it enhances order fulfillment rates and saves labor costs.
