·  Solution Overview

To assist customers in improving space utilization and overall efficiency of inbound and outbound operations, Deli customizes the "unit-load crane + pallet two-way shuttle AS/RS" integrated solution. 

·  Warehouse Overview

The warehouse covers an area of 6800 square meters, with a height of 12m. The main equipment includes 4 sets single-deep unit-load cranes, 8 sets of pallet two-way shuttle robots, 1 palletizing robot, 1 set of palletizer & depalletizer, 1 set of RGV, conveyor systems, shuttle-type rackings, and WMS, etc. The total number of storage spaces reaches 11,044, with a storage capacity of over 500,000 pcs.

Under the command and dispatch of the warehouse management system, the total in/out operations exceed 50,000 boxes per day, achieving automated retrieval and storage of finished goods, intelligent material handling, and flexible order management.
