To meet the intensive storage needs of customers' cold storage (-18℃) and fresh storage (0~5℃), Deli provides a customized"pallet two-way shuttle AS/RS" solution. 

·  Warehouse Overview

The core equipment includes 4 sets of pallet two-way shuttle robots, forklifts, shuttle-type racks, and WMS, etc. With a total area of 3780 square meters, a height of 8.5 meters, and a total of 5436 storage spaces, the warehouse space utilization rate reaches 90%, with a storage rate increased by 66%. 

·  Project Highlights

The overall efficiency of inbound and outbound operations reaches 60 pallets/hour, meeting the "first-in-first-out" management principle for agricultural products. This solution reduces labor costs, improves agricultural product turnover efficiency, strengthens food safety defenses, and makes cold chain warehousing services more intelligent and efficient.
